Rodent Guys provides professional gopher, mole, and ground squirrel control services throughout Southern California, including San Bernardino, Los Angeles, Riverside, Orange, and Ventura Counties. Our services include initial pest control visits, recurring monthly and quarterly maintenance programs, and follow-up trap checks.
Service availability, scheduling, and pricing are subject to change. We will communicate any changes that affect your scheduled services.
Program Name: Rodent Guys Service Notifications
What you'll receive: Appointment reminders, "on my way" technician notifications, payment reminders, service updates, and occasional promotional messages about our pest control services.
Message frequency varies depending on your service schedule and account status. Typically, you may receive messages related to upcoming appointments, technician arrival notifications, and payment reminders. Promotional messages are sent no more than 4 times per month. Overall, you can expect to receive approximately 2-10 messages per month depending on your service activity.
By providing your mobile phone number and giving consent through any of the following methods, you agree to receive text messages from Rodent Guys:
Your consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any services from Rodent Guys. You may receive our pest control services without opting in to text messages.

After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You will no longer receive text messages from Rodent Guys unless you opt back in. Opting out of SMS will not affect your pest control service.

Message and data rates may apply. Rodent Guys does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details about your text messaging plan.
Our messaging service is supported by all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We will not share your phone number, SMS consent, or opt-in data with any third parties for their marketing purposes. Your information is used solely by Rodent Guys for the purposes described in this policy.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and checks. A late fee of $25 may be applied to invoices that remain unpaid 30 days after the service date.
Credit card information stored on file is processed securely through Stripe and is used only for billing related to your Rodent Guys services.
Rodent Guys stands behind our work. If pest activity returns between scheduled service visits, contact us to arrange a follow-up visit at no additional charge, subject to the terms of your service agreement.
Rodent Guys provides pest control services with reasonable care and professionalism. We are not liable for pre-existing property damage, damage caused by pest activity prior to service, or conditions beyond our control such as extreme weather or neighboring property infestations.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Recurring service agreements may be cancelled with notice to our office. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for individual appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
All content on rodentguys.com, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Rodent Guys and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Bernardino County, California.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
