Rodent Guys backs every gopher and mole control service with a 60-day guarantee. If gophers or moles return to your property within 60 days of our initial treatment, we return and continue treatment at no additional charge — until activity stops.

What the 60-Day Guarantee Covers

The guarantee begins on the date of the initial treatment visit and runs for 60 consecutive days.

What the Guarantee Does Not Cover

Our guarantee does not cover ground squirrel service. Ground squirrels are highly mobile and can migrate onto a treated property from neighboring land within days. A guarantee on ground squirrel control is not something any honest pest control company can offer.

The guarantee also does not cover new infestations beginning after the 60-day window closes. For continued protection, we recommend transitioning to a monthly or quarterly maintenance plan.

Why 60 Days?

Sixty days is the period during which a new gopher is most likely to establish territory where an existing gopher has been eliminated. Gophers are solitary and territorial — once a resident gopher is removed, neighboring gophers may investigate the vacant territory. Most re-infestations happen within the first 30 days. Our 60-day window provides complete coverage for this vulnerable period.

For properties with persistent gopher or mole pressure near open space, golf courses, parks, or agricultural land — recurring service provides ongoing protection beyond the initial 60-day window. Monthly and quarterly plans include the same guarantee terms applied to each visit, creating continuous rolling coverage.
